Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for technical communications, pre-sales support, and consulting for customers and suppliers
  • Design and present solutions based on specific customer requirements
  • Coordinate with product team and R&D team to ensure the implementation of customer projects
  • Enhance relationships with customers and service partners
  • Lead solution projects and internal projects (certifications, workshops)
  • Assist with technical improvements of the products
  • Evaluate risks and adjust mitigation actions, contribute to the optimization of working processes within the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electronics
  • Pre-sales or solution experience in EV, Automotive, or Energy sector
  • Knowledge of electrical vehicles or the charging pile industry, familiar with different charging scenarios and OCPP protocol
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is a must; other European languages are a plus
