Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team, facilitating seamless communication and operations throughout the night.

  • Manage the hotel’s security during nighttime hours, conducting regular health and safety inspections, and addressing any incidents with professionalism.
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with guests, attending to their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide operational support across all departments as necessary, ensuring the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently during the night.
  • Oversee the night audit process and generate detailed nightly reports for senior management review.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Night Manager or in a Head of Department role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding high standards across all operations.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and inspiring a team under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset, with the resilience and determination to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is advantageous.
