Job Introduction
**We are recruiting a Guest Services Host to join our vibrant and friendly Rapport team, based in our Client’s near Blackfriars. Our Client is an ever-expanding global American banking and financial services corporation. The Guest Services Host is an integral part of our European Headquarter's operational success. You will be the face of the Bank and the first point of contact for our clients and internal employees.**

We are a widespread but close-knit team of 17 Rapport Ambassadors across UK and Ireland, passionate about customer service. We are part of a global contract, and our team is expanding into Europe too, so you will get the opportunity to work with colleagues all over the world.

**_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs. We offer excellent benefits, such as subsidised meals in the staff restaurant, access to our onsite complimentary GP services and gym._**

**Main responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to site, escorting them to the meeting rooms as required
- Assisting with bookings and events
- Managing relationships with other service partners
- Answering our switchboard calls for all of our European offices
- Supporting with security pass control and implementation
