Job Introduction
**We are recruiting a Guest Service Host to join our vibrant and friendly team of Guest Services Hosts and Community Managers spread across the UK and Ireland.** You will be working directly alongside a team of five in London, that is part of the wider team of 16 people.
This is a full time permanent role, 40 Hours per week, 8am - 5pm/8.30am - 5.30pm.
A newly refurbished office based in the City of London, very close to all amenities and transport links. On site restaurant, gym, healthcare and well-being facilities all available for use by the team.
Our client is a global investment bank with a rich history. The client are approachable, collaborative and always open to new ideas. We are part of a global contract and team and we regularly meet and work collaboratively with the US team to align and share best practice.
Main Responsibilities
- To welcome visitors both internally and externally
- Meeting room and event booking and management
- Liaising with other service providers, to ensure a smooth and consistent service
- To assist with and operate the Switchboard Service for Europe
- Manage event spaces and assist with on site events where necessary
