Corporate Receptionist

We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our busy as ever company on a permanent basis to greet customers in a professional and efficient way as well as organising the reception area, answer the telephone and pass on all relevant information.
The Corporate Receptionist will also be responsible for answering the telephone promptly and politely, including name and passing on the required information to the relevant personnel as well as maintaining 5 star customer and client service.
**Key Duties as a Corporate Receptionist**:
- To greet the client approaching the reception desk politely and professionally, answering their queries and activating security passes
- Complete all necessary paperwork to the required standard across Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Effective Communicator; Verbal (Speech) and Non-Verbal (Listening), Team Worker and Flexibility
- Team player, being proactive rather than reactive
- Calm under pressure when lots of clients arrive or in a busy post room
