As an Office Co-ordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and secretarial services to the Strategic Communications and Engagement (SC&E) Service of the Future NHS Workforce Solution Transformation Programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Senior Programme lead and Programme lead with day-to-day workstream management and their extensive engagement and relationship management.
- Arrange meetings, prioritize work, and manage complex diaries with senior delivery partners and stakeholders.
- Manage complex administration for the team, ensuring planned activities are completed by the intended deadline.
- Work closely with the Governance and Business Manager and Governance and Business Coordinator, providing cover and support where required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on your own initiative in resolving problems when they arise independently.
- Consistently high professional approach and experience of diary management, secretarial support, event coordination, and wider team administration service support.
