Here at BES Utilities, we have a new and exciting role available for an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team based within our offices at Poolfoot Farm Sports & Leisure Complex in Thornton - Cleveleys.

Inter-departmental relationships are key to this role, and you will liaise with other teams as you work towards business objectives and driving the business forward.

No two days are the same in this fast paced but enjoyable work environment

BES Utilities are a UK based, independently owned group of companies, comprising of Business Energy Solutions Ltd and BES Commercial Electricity Ltd. With offices manned by local employees based in Fleetwood, Lancashire, BES Utilities aims to provide first rate utility services to businesses across the United Kingdom.

We care about customer service and at BES our customers come first. We aim to deliver gold plated service and resolve customer queries and/ or complaints at first point of contact. Our contact center's can be contacted at any time during business hours from 0830 to 1730 each Monday to Friday.

We have around 850+ members of staff and proud to be apart of a diverse group of businesses that are based on the Fylde Coast, Manchester, Dubai and South Africa.

**Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Maintain office efficiency by maintaining office systems and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Ensuring all tasks are completed with speed and accuracy
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the company's databases
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports
- Updating full suite of MS Office software with accurate information

**Key Experience Required**:

- Proven numerical and analytical skills to a high standard
- Strong administration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working with people and as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately and with an emphasis on attention to detail
