Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, board members, and HR managers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to sell to different audiences
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of weekly meetings
  • Previous field-based experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures
