Job Title: Business Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, board members, and HR managers
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to sell to different audiences
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of weekly meetings
- Previous field-based experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures
