About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Office Angels, UK. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Service team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and communicate estimates to customers for authorization
- Work closely with the reception team to load workshop schedules
- Evaluate and manage daily activities with workshop control
- Guide and advise technicians on ongoing repairs
- Stay up-to-date with DAF processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve labor efficiencies
- Monitor work in progress and adhere to company operating procedures
- Ensure customer requirements are met before issuing instructions to technicians
- Carry out contract reviews and liaise with customers
- Raise estimates and invoices, and manage purchase orders
- Assist the reception team with customer inquiries and bookings
Requirements:
- Strong administration experience, preferably in a service administration role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with good attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Previous experience using invoicing systems
