Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and communicate estimates to customers for authorization
  • Work closely with the reception team to load workshop schedules
  • Evaluate and manage daily activities with workshop control
  • Guide and advise technicians on ongoing repairs
  • Stay up-to-date with DAF processes and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve labor efficiencies
  • Monitor work in progress and adhere to company operating procedures
  • Ensure customer requirements are met before issuing instructions to technicians
  • Carry out contract reviews and liaise with customers
  • Raise estimates and invoices, and manage purchase orders
  • Assist the reception team with customer inquiries and bookings

Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience, preferably in a service administration role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Previous experience using invoicing systems
