Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure HR files are up-to-date, including Right to Work Contracts and DBS checks.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of new care home staff.
  • Assist the HR Manager and Group Regional Administrator with administrative tasks.
  • Audit staff files and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering the telephone and completing ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and experience working in a generalist administrative role.
  • Computer literacy and experience with payroll and HR processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to liaise confidently with staff and external partners.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable inputting data into various systems.
