Job Description

Job Opportunity for a Registered Manager

SCR Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential and supported living service.

This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborating with external partners to provide a seamless service

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential and supported living setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and external partners
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act
