Residential Care Home Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Residential Care Home Manager to join our team at SCR Recruitment Services.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
