Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Swindon area.
Service OverviewOur service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement effective staff management strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outstanding results
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
