Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Swindon area.
About the Service:
Our service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with external partners to provide a seamless service
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in Learning Disabilities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
