Job Opportunity for a Registered Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Registered Manager for a fantastic residential and supported living service.
This service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Work closely with external partners, such as healthcare professionals and social services, to ensure seamless care and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in managing residential and supported living services.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
