Job Summary:

The Cambian Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of the Care Team, you will provide administrative support to the Registered Manager and Care Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the efficient running of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Care Team, including scheduling training, roster management, and maintaining student care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures to ensure quality assurance and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage personnel information and processes, including referrals, administration, progress, and transfer of students.
  • Develop and maintain systems for managing personnel information and processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to meet statutory, management, and analytical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative expertise, with excellent Word and Excel skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Care Team and other stakeholders.
  • A team player with a motivated, proactive, and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet scheduled work deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple workloads and manage competing demands.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week (8.30 – 5pm, with 30 minute unpaid break – Mon to Fri), for 46 weeks of the year with 6 weeks paid holiday.
