Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our restaurant partners succeed in delivery and grow with us across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant partners end-to-end, helping them maximize their sales and revenue
  • Own the customer relationship, tracking key metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify expansion opportunities with customers, including new brands, sales channels, and locations
  • Contribute to project-based workstreams that enhance our product and customer experience
Requirements
  • Recent graduate from a top-tier university
  • Ideal - relevant work experience through placement, internship, or full/part-time job
  • Desire to work in a dynamic startup environment, handling curveballs and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Passion for the food sector and technology
  • Clear communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
