About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kemp Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Machine Availability Management: Verify the availability of equipment and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the engineering and transport teams to guarantee that the correct equipment is delivered to customer sites.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, serving as a primary point of contact for depot enquiries.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Service Experience: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages and general computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
