Business Development Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the landscaping and paving sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, architects, and sub-contractors
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong understanding of the landscaping and paving sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid, clean driving license
