Job Overview

Lusona Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and services.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management in the building materials industry.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
