The HR service center serves as the backbone of the People, Capability & Change team, delivering essential transactional services throughout the employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to customer service and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality guidance and consultancy support.

We aim to cultivate a talent pool at the HR partner (HEO) level and will consider candidates from our reserve list as opportunities arise within our team. This is an ongoing recruitment effort, and we will conduct regular assessments and interviews.

Role Responsibilities

We seek HR professionals with a background in operational and dynamic environments. This is a unique chance to enhance your stakeholder engagement capabilities while collaborating with a motivated and passionate team.

As a HR Operations Partner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the operational workload within your team, ensuring optimal service delivery for your designated area in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Establishing robust and credible relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, sharing expertise and resources. You will specifically partner with a Director General group to provide exceptional services throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Proactively addressing challenges and offering expert advice to align with business priorities.
  • Monitoring and enhancing the performance and delivery of HR services.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR services, aiming to eliminate bureaucracy and leverage technology for streamlined processes. Your forward-thinking approach and creativity will be essential in fostering a solutions-oriented culture.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners to design interventions targeting trends within groups.
  • Leading thematic projects related to onboarding, new operational methods, payroll, and pensions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven history of working in an HR operational team within a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and issues, alongside knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities, with confidence in building relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience as a resilient team player and effective line manager, able to thrive under pressure and adapt to competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to remain assertive in challenging situations.
  • A creative and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy best practices, along with a solid understanding of employment law.
