- Contract Management: Create and distribute new employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Support employee relations and performance management programs, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing professional networks.
- HR Systems: Maintain accurate employee attendance, sickness absence, and annual leave records, reporting associated metrics to support business decision-making.
- Document Management: Create and maintain a SharePoint document management system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all EHSQ policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Team Support: Provide support to HR colleagues, completing ad-hoc duties as required to support the function and business.
- Experience: Previous Human Resources experience within a growing company.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualification in HR or related discipline.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of employment law and its application in a business setting.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
