About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Jaguar Land Rover as a key member of our Industrial Operations leadership team. As a Strategic Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and helping to steer the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercially focused people plans to achieve short- and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Coach leaders and drive the ongoing development of people capability in the line management population.
  • Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations issues within the area, including maintaining relationships with Trade Union convenors and representatives.
  • Support and effectively manage organisational change to ensure strategic business objectives are met.
  • Cross-functional working with HR, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions to deliver people strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven HRBP experience in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong business acumen, with evidence of creating plans that develop and empower people, introducing new or innovative practices and processes in support of strategic business goals.
  • Ability to embrace differences, be empathetic, welcome challenges, and empower others to deliver.
  • Experience of influencing and implementing change in large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience of improving the workplace and workforce performance through the delivery of HR interventions in Employee Relations.
