As HR Advisor, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, including compiling and updating employee absence records, monitoring Bradford Factor Points, and processing documentation related to staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Absence and Sickness: Oversee the management of employee absences, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain Work Structure: Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
