Join Our Team as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our young people. You will work closely with our team to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our young people, including daily living skills, education, and socialization.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of our residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values in line with Esland Care's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
