This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and adolescents facing Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing these young individuals within a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, fostering their personal growth and well-being.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, sharing your expertise and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals involved in the residents' care.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing home environment, ensuring the physical and emotional security of all residents.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid NVQ Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People.
  • Demonstrate proven experience working within a residential care setting for children with EBD.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
