Our residential care service emphasizes outdoor activities as part of a therapeutic approach, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for using the outdoors to make a positive impact on young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and organizing outdoor and recreational activities that are both engaging and therapeutic for the young people in your care.
* Supporting the development of individual care plans, ensuring that each child's needs are met.
* Providing emotional and practical support, helping children and young people to achieve their full potential.
* Acting as a role model and mentor to less experienced staff, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For:

* Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* A genuine passion for outdoor activities and a commitment to using them as part of a therapeutic approach.
* Must be a driver with a full, clean driving license.
* Ability to work a 4 on/8 off shift pattern, including sleep-ins.
