We are seeking a number of Senior Residential Support workers to join our team at Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in a residential setting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users, while also promoting their independence and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each service user.
  • Monitor and report any changes in service user behavior or well-being, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to address any concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure that service users receive a high-quality and consistent level of care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a care or support role.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
