Job Overview

We are seeking a number of Senior Residential Support Workers to join our new service in Stoke On Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Participate in on-call duties, providing emergency support and responding to incidents as required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £13.30 to £13.90 per hour, plus £62.64 per sleep-in (working an estimated 9 sleep-ins per month). Our total package is £33,954.32 per annum.

We also offer a shift pattern of 4 days on, 8 days off, providing a good work-life balance.
