We are seeking a number of Senior Residential Support Workers to join our new service in Stoke On Trent. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
- Participate in on-call rotas and provide support during sleep-ins.
- A competitive salary of £13.30 to £13.90 per hour.
- A total package of £33,954.32 per annum.
- A shift pattern of 4 days on, 8 days off.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
