About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing and supportive care to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Support our young people in their daily routines, including education, socialization, and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Aged 21 or above, due to industry regulations.
