Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled professional to oversee marketing administration tasks within our Marketing Agency. This role is crucial for maintaining adherence to TD SYNNEX's standards and assisting team members with essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Managers in the timely execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to monitor project developments.
  • Manage Vendor Marketing activities using project management tools.
  • Generate Purchase Orders as needed.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient multitasker with excellent communication abilities.
  • Skilled in delivering clear verbal and written messages.
  • Adept at assessing and improving campaigns, services, and processes.
  • Engage openly and directly with colleagues.
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
