Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at De La Rue. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Currency Sales Operations & Channel Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration
    • Support the Head of Sales Operations to maintain the requirements of the reporting cycle and support the production and running of regular business review meetings
    • Support the Sales Operations team with the roll out of a new CRM system, including elements of testing and training of CRM users to ensure a smooth transition following the CRM upgrade
    • Support the Sales Operations team with the administration and preparation of information on key performance indicators, forecasting, and sales pipelines
    • Coordinate and facilitate the Third-party partner (TPP) programme, working with the Business development managers and our Finance and Business Ethics team to monitor and progress TPP activity and payments
  • Support to Global Sales Team
    • Support travel arrangements for the teams, including booking air/rail tickets, car bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications as required, as well as scheduling trips as necessary
    • Arrange internal and external meetings with customers
    • Manage electronic filing systems and drive through efficiencies

Requirements

  • Ability to provide a high standard of administration with attention to detail and skill in using technology to increase effectiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate appropriately with stakeholders across all grades and functions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work to precise deadlines, to recognize and act on priorities
  • Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Cultural awareness and experience of supporting overseas teams (desirable)
  • A general understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, and experience with financial modeling and analytical tools such as Excel
