Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Manage Sales Quotations

Prepare and manage sales quotations in response to customer requests and external Sales Managers needs, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.

Oversee Quotations from Inception to Conclusion

Oversee quotations from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.

Manage Orders

Manage orders, including entry acknowledgment, dispatch planning, and invoicing, guided by Planning and Purchasing reports.

Provide Swift and Comprehensive Responses to Customer Inquiries

Provide swift and comprehensive responses to customer inquiries regarding stock delivery and complaints, striving to exceed expectations and strengthen relationships.

Coordinate Product Returns and Arrange Credits

Coordinate product returns and arrange credits per RMA guidelines.

Raise Purchase Requisitions and Convert Them into Orders

Raise purchase requisitions and convert them into orders, managing communication with suppliers and updating due dates as necessary.

Maintain and Update Sales Orders and Customer Databases

Maintain and update sales orders, customer databases, and related documentation.

Oversee Procurement Activities

Oversee procurement activities for repairs, Bonding, and hazardous items, including raising necessary requisitions and orders.

Engage Proactively with Existing and Potential Customers

Engage proactively with existing and potential customers to support external sales efforts.
