Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining customer relationships, driving growth and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive engagement and communication.
- Provide product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
- Manage customer backorders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
