Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: Yorktel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in maximizing selling time, ensuring accurate orders, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Manage orders received by the company in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring accurate processing and maintaining records of sales.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, coordinating appointments, preparing sales materials, managing call lists, and updating the CRM database.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Perform post-sale account management, generate additional sales based on client needs, and manage existing sales leads and opportunities.
  • Renewal and Maintenance Management: Proactively monitor and manage Yorktel maintenance renewal contracts, ensuring customers are contacted in adequate time prior to their expiry date.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple relationships with vendors, clients, and partners, supporting the sales team in their efforts to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of accuracy
