Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary: Yorktel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in maximizing selling time, ensuring accurate orders, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Manage orders received by the company in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring accurate processing and maintaining records of sales.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, coordinating appointments, preparing sales materials, managing call lists, and updating the CRM database.
- Customer Relationship Management: Perform post-sale account management, generate additional sales based on client needs, and manage existing sales leads and opportunities.
- Renewal and Maintenance Management: Proactively monitor and manage Yorktel maintenance renewal contracts, ensuring customers are contacted in adequate time prior to their expiry date.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple relationships with vendors, clients, and partners, supporting the sales team in their efforts to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Minimum 5 years' administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of accuracy
- High levels of professionalism and integrity
- Organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
