Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Staffline Driving. As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will be responsible for allocating vehicle and load details to drivers, ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate vehicle and load details to drivers using a digital system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle and load details, including driver assignments and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other team members to resolve any issues or concerns related to logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital systems used in logistics operations.
