We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Housing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and servicing of our company's vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and monitor preventive maintenance and repair programs for all company vehicles.
  • Arrange bookings for vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Coordinate statutory MOT tests and liaise with supervisors and planners.
  • Maintain vehicle history files and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Update fleet software with vehicle information and driver records.
  • Facilitate replacement hire vans and manage vehicle breakdowns.
  • Oversee parking, speeding, and traffic offence fines.
  • Arrange for glass and windscreen repairs.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with drivers, including complaints management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities to liaise with both drivers and external service providers.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
