Job Title: Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our vehicle fleet, ensuring timely vehicle replacements, and coordinating with suppliers for repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vehicle replacements and cost prevention by liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely vehicle returns.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to support timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle purchase orders and invoices through the Ariba PO process.
  • Reconcile and validate all invoices and ensure payments align with supplier terms.
  • Provide support services, such as fuel cards, and update fleet systems.
  • Generate management information reports for external suppliers and internal AA departments.
Requirements:
  • Fleet and leasing experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Company car management experience, a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in key software solutions, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
