We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the management, maintenance, and servicing of our company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day fleet support in the management, maintenance, and servicing of all vehicles
  • Assist the fleet team in ensuring compliance with all statutory health and safety requirements and other legal obligations covering the provision of company vehicles
  • Answer fleet enquiries and respond to generic fleet email enquiries
  • Contact operatives to confirm MOT and service attendance
  • Book hire vans as required and update the Fleetcheck system
Requirements:
