Key Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments for service calls and installations.
  • Prepare service quotes for customers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding upcoming jobs and outstanding work.
  • Oversee stock management to maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
  • Track and report on overtime and out-of-hours work for the engineering team.
  • Maintain the company fleet.
