Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Coordinator for Engineering Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our dynamic engineering department. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating engineers, scheduling appointments, and preparing service quotes for customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments for service calls and installations.
- Prepare service quotes for customers.
- Communicate with customers regarding upcoming jobs and outstanding work.
- Oversee stock management to maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
- Track and report on overtime and out-of-hours work for the engineering team.
- Maintain the company fleet.
