Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records using SystmOne, ensuring compliance with Health Records Standards and Procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate training events, away days, and skill slots, ensuring seamless logistics and hospitality arrangements.
  • Monitor and order stationery, clinical supplies, and general materials, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are completed on time.
  • Provide cover and support during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of administrative functions.
  • Offer guidance and training to junior staff members, promoting their development and growth.
  • Maintain current office policies and procedures, contributing to their development and implementation.

Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths level 4/C or above, or a good standard of general education.
  • RSA 3 Typing or Equivalent.
  • Business and Admin NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
  • Experience of administrative work, including maintaining filing systems and collating information.
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working in a constantly changing environment, with minimal supervision.
