Role Overview:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Charge Hand to join our team at Currys. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate warehouse procedures, including shunting, loading, unloading, and MHE operation.
  • Support the transportation of technology products and ensure their safe handling.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational efficiency and meet customer demands.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in overseeing or supporting warehouse teams.
  • Experience in coaching or training others.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • FLT licence and experience.
  • Driving licence preferred.
  • Recycling experience desired.
