About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Data Delivery Executive to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our BMW team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field-based colleagues with report creation and presentation preparation for retailer meetings and online live update calls.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure seamless communication;
  • Acting as the first point of contact for retailers, providing exceptional customer service and support;
  • Coordinating tasks requiring retailer contact on behalf of our clients;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • Ensuring adherence to high-quality standards in all aspects of your work.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Data Delivery Executive with a passion for the automotive industry. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as:

  • Proven experience in customer service and automotive aftersales;
  • Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills;
  • Experience in creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations;
  • Knowledge of business metrics and KPIs;
  • Good understanding of the retailer network and automotive aftersales industry.
