We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Data Delivery Executive to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the field-based members of our team with creating and preparing reports and presentations for retailer meetings and online live update calls to the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating reports and presentations in a timely manner
- Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Acting as the first point of contact for Retailers
- Acting as a conduit between Retailers and the client
- Completing tasks requiring Retailer contact on behalf of the client
- Building and managing relationships with customers
- Maintaining high quality standards at all times
About You
We are looking for an Aftersales Data Delivery Executive with a passion for the automotive industry and excellent organisational and time management skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, Automotive Aftersales, and creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills are also essential.
