Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Data Analyst to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting retail network financial data provided to BMW and MINI UK as part of our monthly International Finance Corporation (IFC) submission. This role supports the development and maintenance of a long-range planning framework, which delivers a profitable Retailer network for BMW and MINI Car Sales and Aftersales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the monthly IFC reporting, ensuring all Retailers have accurately reported their trading performance to strict deadlines.
  • Manage the IFC provider on aspects such as service level, change requirements, data verification, and analysis review.
  • Primary contact for initiatives and planning with BMW AG regarding IFC local solutions and worldwide reporting and initiatives.
  • Promote best practice sharing, including hosting off-site events for the Retailer Accountant community.
  • Develop and manage financial information within the UK Retailer KPI Dashboards.
  • Act as the 'Champion' for IFC issues/questions, driving process and system clarification and simplification.
  • Revise and update reporting to ensure only relevant data is published.
  • Identify and report trends/anomalies within Retailer financial data at micro and macro levels, providing insights to Management and Retailer Committees.
Requirements
  • Graduate-level qualification with professional accountancy credentials (CIMA, ACCA).
  • Relevant accountancy and/or financial experience and acumen.
  • Proven experience working with a motor manufacturer or in the retail motor industry at a senior level.
  • Expert knowledge of data management, reporting, and ability to communicate confidently across levels.
  • Understanding of the BMW and MINI retail environment.
Salary

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
