We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Data Delivery Executive to join our team at MSX International Inc. in Farnborough. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
  • Support the retailer network with queries and supply information via telephone and email, ensuring customers receive excellent service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the retailer network.
  • Provide timely and accurate data to support business decisions.
About You

We are looking for an Aftersales Data Delivery Executive with a passion for the automotive industry and excellent organizational and time management skills. You will have experience in customer service, automotive aftersales, and creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations. You will also have experience working with Excel to an intermediate/advanced level and good knowledge of business metrics and KPIs.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per year (depending on experience).
  • A permanent contract with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
