About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Data Delivery Specialist to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the field-based members of our team with creating and preparing reports and presentations for retailer meetings and online live update calls to the network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating reports and presentations in a timely manner
  • Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Retailers
  • Acting as a conduit between Retailers and the client
  • Completing tasks requiring Retailer contact on behalf of the client
  • Building and managing relationships with customers
  • Ensuring high quality standards are maintained at all times
Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Automotive Aftersales
  • Experience of creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience working with Excel to an intermediate/advanced level
  • Good Automotive Aftersales knowledge (desirable)
  • Good Retailer network knowledge (desirable)
  • Knowledge of business metrics and KPI's
