About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Data Delivery Executive to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our BMW team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field-based team with creating and preparing reports and presentations for retailer meetings and online live update calls to the network.

As an Aftersales Data Delivery Executive, you will be accountable for supporting the retailer network with queries and supplying information via various channels, ensuring customers receive exceptional service. Your passion, technical skills, and knowledge will enable you to:

  • Create reports and presentations in a timely manner;
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence;
  • Act as the first point of contact for Retailers;
  • Act as a conduit between Retailers and the client;
  • Complete tasks requiring Retailer contact on behalf of the client;
  • Build and manage relationships with customers;
  • Ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times.
About You

We are looking for an Aftersales Data Delivery Executive with a strong passion for the automotive industry. Our ideal candidate will have great organisational and time management skills, as well as:

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Automotive Aftersales
  • Experience of creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience working with Excel to an intermediate/advanced level
  • Good Automotive Aftersales knowledge (desirable)
  • Good Retailer network knowledge (desirable)
  • Knowledge of business metrics and KPI's
