About the Role
This position supports the field-based members of our team with creating and preparing reports and presentations for business meetings and online updates to the network.
The Aftersales Data Delivery Executive is accountable for supporting the business network with queries and supplying information via communication channels, ensuring customers receive excellent service.
Using your passion, technical skills, and knowledge, you will:
- Create reports and presentations in a timely manner;
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Act as the first point of contact for businesses;
- Act as a conduit between businesses and the client;
- Complete tasks requiring business contact on behalf of the client;
- Build and manage relationships with customers;
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
About You
We are looking for an Aftersales Data Delivery Executive with an embedded passion for the automotive industry.
Our ideal candidate will have great organizational and time management skills as well as:
- Experience in Customer Service;
- Experience in Automotive Aftersales;
- Experience of creating and formatting presentations;
- Experience working with data analysis tools to an intermediate/advanced level;
- Good Automotive Aftersales knowledge (desirable);
- Good business network knowledge (desirable);
- Knowledge of business metrics and KPIs.
